Accounts Assistant

Job Description

Job Overview: We are urgently hiring an Accounts Assistant to support our finance department in day-to-day accounting tasks. This position is ideal for candidates with foundational accounting knowledge and 5+ years of UAE experience in construction or landscaping.

Data Entry & Record Maintenance: Responsible for data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records. Timely posting of transactions is key to this role.

Support Functions: Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash handling, and accounts payable/receivable functions. Help prepare supporting documentation for audits.

Department Coordination: Work closely with senior accountants and the finance manager to ensure smooth operations. Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting team.

Documentation & Filing: Maintain physical and electronic records in an organized and compliant manner. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
