Position Overview: The Accounts Admin Assistant at Connection Chauffeur Limo LLC will play a vital role in managing the financial and administrative activities of the company. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and demonstrate exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, handling invoice processing, and supporting the accounts department in daily operations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring petty cash, assisting in the preparation of financial reports, and ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
Administrative Support: Beyond finance, the role involves supporting general office administration including filing, documentation management, data entry, and maintaining records related to employee timesheets and operational reports. The candidate must be proficient with office tools and exhibit professionalism in internal communication.
Client and Vendor Coordination: The Accounts Admin Assistant will interact regularly with clients and vendors for payment follow-ups, issuing receipts, confirming transaction records, and addressing financial queries. Maintaining clear and respectful communication channels is critical for this function.
Reporting and Compliance: The role will require preparing reports related to accounts payable and receivable, assisting in VAT filings, and liaising with auditors as needed. The candidate must stay up to date with relevant local financial regulations and ensure accurate documentation for audit trails.
