Duties & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts / Admin Executive to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our administrative and financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of various tasks. Key responsibilities include:

Posting and Processing Journal Entries:

Post and process daily journal entries to ensure all financial business transactions are recorded accurately.

Prepare payments and disbursements, and perform reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

Monitoring Customer Collections and Invoice Aging:

Monitor customer collections and track invoice aging.

Report any deviations from the established credit policies to ensure timely collection of receivables.

Assisting in Reconciling Financial Discrepancies:

Assist the Finance Manager in reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly and accurately.

Preparing Monthly and Yearly Closings:

Assist the Finance Manager in preparing for monthly and yearly financial closings.

Ensure all closing activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintaining Accounting Documents:

File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents accurately and in accordance with company policies and accepted accounting practices.

Ensure all documents are organized and accessible for auditing and reporting purposes.

Performing Other Accounting Duties:

Perform other accounting duties as requested by the Finance Manager.

Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department.

Requirements:

Experience:

Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles. Experience within the Human Resources Services industry is a plus.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
