Job Description:

As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization. Key areas of responsibility include financial reporting, managing accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing budgets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.

Oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting.

Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
