Role Overview – SMH Interiors LLC is hiring an Accounting Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced accounting professionals with strong financial management expertise, interior design and retail sector knowledge, and the ability to lead accounting operations effectively, manage teams, oversee financial controls, ensure compliance, support business decisions, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic interior design organization.
Accounting Operations Leadership – You will lead accounting operations by directing activities, managing processes, setting standards, and driving efficiency. You will oversee comprehensive accounting supporting organizational objectives. You should lead accounting function strategically and professionally.
Team Leadership and Management – You will manage accounting team by assigning responsibilities, providing direction, conducting reviews, and supporting professional development. You will build capable team, maintain standards, mentor staff, and foster collaborative culture. You should inspire confidence and develop team capabilities.
Financial Statement Preparation – You will oversee financial statement preparation by coordinating compilation, ensuring accuracy, reviewing for compliance, and supporting delivery. You will ensure accurate, compliant financial statements. You should oversee financial reporting processes.
General Ledger Management – You will oversee general ledger management by maintaining accounts, ensuring accuracy, conducting reconciliations, and supporting integrity. You will ensure accurate general ledger serving as accounting foundation. You should manage general ledger effectively.
