Our client is a well-known and distinctive mall located in Motor City, Dubai. The mall is recognized for its unique offerings and exceptional customer service, and it plays a central role in the local retail and commercial landscape.

Job Description:

As an Accounting & Admin Officer, you will be responsible for a range of financial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the mall's financial and administrative functions. Your role will include:

Financial Transactions Management:

Create and update spreadsheets for recording daily financial transactions.

Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Process reimbursements for expenses incurred and handle financial metrics reporting.

Budget and Financial Reporting:

Prepare and monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are met.

Maintain comprehensive financial reports on investments, return on assets, and growth rates.

Report on financial projections including liquidity, cash flow, and overall financial health of the mall.

Record Keeping and Compliance:

Keep accurate and detailed records of invoices, tax payments, and company liabilities.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and address any discrepancies in accounts promptly.

Payroll and Tenant Relations:

Participate in payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.

Prepare notices and communications for tenants, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Follow up on tenant payments and manage accounts to ensure smooth financial operations.

Administrative Support:

Assist the Mall Manager with daily administrative tasks and secretarial duties.

Support tenant and customer relations, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

Perform general support duties to facilitate efficient mall operations.

Requirements:

Age: 35 years old and below.

Experience: At least 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role within the real estate or rental/commercial industry.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Skills:

Strong proficiency in financial reporting and budget preparation.

Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills for interacting with tenants, customers, and internal teams.

Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and integrity.

Availability: Immediate joiners will be given priority.
