Position Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and skilled Accountants to join our finance department. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's financial operations in the luxury real estate development sector.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and manage day-to-day accounting operations

Process and record all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Manage project-specific accounting and cost tracking

Reconcile bank statements and handle bank-related queries

Assist in budget preparation and monitoring

Support audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Handle contractor and supplier payments

Assist in real estate development cost analysis

Prepare various financial reports for management

Monitor project budgets and track variances

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Understanding of real estate/construction accounting is preferred

Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent attention to detail

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills in English

Proficiency in accounting software

Team player with ability to work independently
