Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with procurement expertise to join our restaurant operations in Dubai. The role combines financial management with procurement responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Manage daily accounting operations and bookkeeping

Process accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and handle cash flow management

Prepare monthly financial statements and reports

Monitor and record all financial transactions

Assist in budgeting and forecasting

Procurement Duties:

Manage vendor relationships and negotiations

Handle purchase orders and inventory control

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers

Evaluate supplier prices and quality

Optimize procurement processes for cost efficiency

Maintain procurement documentation and records

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to UAE financial regulations

Maintain accurate financial records for auditing

Prepare VAT returns and ensure tax compliance

Generate regular financial and procurement reports

Monitor and control restaurant costs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 2 years of combined accounting and procurement experience

Previous experience in Dubai restaurant industry

Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations

Proficiency in accounting software

Experience with inventory management systems

Skills Required:

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Excellent organizational abilities

Attention to detail

Good communication skills in English

Proficiency in MS Excel

Understanding of F&B operations

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: AED 4,000 - 5,000 (based on experience)

Medical insurance

Annual leave as per UAE labor law

Other benefits according to UAE labor regulations

Working Hours:

Full-time position

As per restaurant industry standard hours

Additional Requirements:

Must be currently based in Dubai

Available to join immediately

Previous UAE restaurant industry experience mandatory
