We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant with 4-5 years of UAE experience to join our finance team at Al Zone 

Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Conducting periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Managing tax compliance and coordinating with external auditors during annual audits.

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA or ACCA certification is preferred.

4-5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, preferably in the UAE.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
