Accountant (Experienced Associate)

Job Description

Healthcare Financial Operations – The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities within a healthcare environment, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and maintaining financial integrity. This role supports hospital operations by handling accounting tasks aligned with healthcare regulations and internal financial policies.

Accounting Records and Reporting – The position involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing periodic financial reports, and supporting management with reliable financial data. The Accountant will ensure proper documentation, reconciliation of accounts, and timely reporting to support informed decision-making.

Healthcare Compliance and Standards – Working in a regulated healthcare setting, the Accountant will ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, internal controls, and healthcare-specific accounting standards. Attention to compliance requirements is essential to support audits and maintain organizational credibility.

Expense Monitoring and Cost Control – The Accountant will monitor expenses, review cost allocations, and assist in budget tracking to support effective financial control. This role contributes to identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.

Team Collaboration and Coordination – The role requires working cooperatively with finance colleagues, medical administrators, and management teams. Strong coordination ensures smooth financial workflows, accurate data sharing, and timely resolution of accounting-related issues.

Professional Ethics and Accuracy – Maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and ethical financial practices is a core responsibility. The Accountant must demonstrate integrity, attention to detail, and accountability while handling sensitive financial and organizational information.
