Role Overview – Medisure Medical Supplies LLC is hiring an Accountant cum Collection Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished professionals with strong accounting and collections expertise, healthcare supply and medical sector knowledge, and the ability to lead combined accounting and collections operations effectively, manage teams, oversee financial controls, drive collections performance, ensure compliance, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic medical supplies organization.

Accounting and Collections Leadership – You will lead combined accounting and collections operations by directing activities, managing teams, setting standards, and driving efficiency. You will oversee comprehensive accounting and collections supporting organizational objectives. You should lead operations strategically and professionally.

Accounting Team Management – You will manage accounting team by assigning responsibilities, providing direction, conducting reviews, and supporting professional development. You will build capable team, maintain standards, mentor staff, and foster collaborative culture. You should inspire confidence and develop team capabilities.

Collections Team Leadership – You will lead collections team by assigning accounts, setting targets, monitoring performance, and supporting professional development. You will drive collections results and develop collections capabilities. You should manage collections team effectively.

Combined Accounting and Collections Strategy – You will develop strategy by analyzing business needs, setting objectives, creating action plans, and driving improvements. You will align accounting and collections with business strategy. You should think strategically about combined operations.

Accounting Operations Oversight – You will oversee accounting operations by managing processes, ensuring accuracy, implementing controls, and driving efficiency. You will maintain strong accounting systems and accuracy. You should oversee accounting operations.

Financial Transaction Recording – You will oversee financial transaction recording by ensuring accuracy, implementing procedures, monitoring quality, and maintaining standards. You will ensure accurate financial record-keeping. You should maintain transaction recording standards.
