Position Overview:

The Team Builders FZCO is seeking a dedicated and skilled Accountant to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a Filipino with a strong background in accounting and proficiency in TALLY software.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.

Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage goods sold on consignment.

Conduct risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.

Receive inventory in the accounting system and generate suppliers' invoices in multi-currencies.

Maintain effective inventory for the company by running item forecasts based on current stock holding.

Initiate creditors' payments and share payment and allocation details with creditors, including drafting bank STLs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

Bachelor in Accounting/Commerce/Business Studies degree majoring in Accounting or Applied Accounting.

Minimum of 2 years of practical accounting experience in a distribution or trading organization.

MUST be a Tagalog speaker.

Advanced Excel skills.

Experience using TALLY is a MUST.

Available immediately to join.
