Job Description: Accountant (Tagalog Speaker)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts and reconciliations.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and procedures.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.

Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management.

Maintain vendor and client relationships related to financial transactions.

Utilize MS Office applications for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting roles.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Language Skills: Fluency in Tagalog and English.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
