Overview:

Mulk Influx HR & Training is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Accountant/Internal Auditor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing procedures, with extensive experience in various audit types and practices. Fluency in Tagalog and familiarity with UAE-specific financial regulations are advantageous for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Auditing Procedures:

Conduct thorough audits in compliance with established auditing standards and practices.

Perform risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in financial processes and controls.

Analyze financial statements, transactions, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Financial Analysis:

Evaluate financial data and trends to identify potential areas of concern or improvement.

Provide recommendations to management based on audit findings to enhance financial performance and efficiency.

Compliance and Regulation:

Ensure compliance with UAE-specific financial regulations and standards.

Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary adjustments to auditing procedures.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation of audit procedures, results, and follow-up actions.

Client Interaction:

Interact effectively with clients to understand their auditing requirements and address any concerns or inquiries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, demonstrating expertise in various audit types and procedures.

Proficiency in accounting and auditing software, as well as MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Fluency in Tagalog is required.

Knowledge of UAE-specific financial regulations and standards is an advantage.
