Role Overview – Line Prefab Houses Industry LLC is hiring an Accountant for a full-time, on-site position based in Umm Al Quwain. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong financial record-keeping, reconciliations, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and reporting skills. The successful candidate will support accurate day-to-day accounting operations and maintain reliable financial records.

Daily Accounting – You will manage routine accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. You should ensure entries are completed correctly and on time.

Accounts Payable & Receivable – You will assist with supplier invoices, customer invoices, payments, receipts, and outstanding balances. You should maintain accurate account records.

Bank Reconciliation – You will assist with reconciling bank statements against accounting records and identifying discrepancies. You should investigate differences carefully.

Invoicing – You will prepare and maintain invoices and related financial documentation. You should ensure billing information is accurate and complete.

Expense Management – You will record and monitor company expenses and verify supporting documents. You should maintain organized expense records.

Financial Records – You will maintain accounting files, receipts, invoices, payment records, and supporting documents. You should keep financial information organized and confidential.

Financial Reporting – You will assist with preparing accounting reports and financial summaries for management. You should ensure reported information is accurate.

Data Entry – You will enter accounting transactions and update financial information in relevant systems. You should maintain strong attention to detail.

Month-End Support – You will assist with month-end accounting activities, reconciliations, and documentation. You should complete assigned tasks within required deadlines.

Internal Coordination – You will coordinate with management, suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding accounting requirements and financial documentation. You should communicate professionally and follow up promptly.
