Financial Operations Overview – The Accountant will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations while ensuring financial data accuracy and compliance with internal policies. This role plays a vital part in maintaining smooth financial workflows and supporting the finance department in achieving operational efficiency.

Accounting Records Management – The position requires maintaining proper accounting records, updating ledgers, and ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. Attention to detail is essential to support audit readiness and financial transparency.

Invoice and Payment Handling – The Accountant will assist in processing invoices, verifying supplier documents, and coordinating timely payments. This includes reconciling statements and ensuring that supplier accounts are accurate and up to date.

Tax and Compliance Support – The role involves assisting with VAT documentation, filing preparation, and maintaining tax-related records in line with UAE regulations. Compliance with statutory requirements is a key responsibility of this position.

Team Collaboration and Reporting – Working closely with the Finance team, the Accountant will support monthly reporting activities and help ensure accurate financial summaries. Effective coordination with internal departments is required to meet reporting deadlines.

Process Improvement Contribution – The Accountant will contribute to improving accounting procedures and internal controls by identifying gaps and suggesting practical solutions. This supports operational efficiency and strengthens financial governance.
