Job Description

Financial Management Role: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Accountants to join our healthcare facilities — one at a Medical Center/PHC and another at a Homecare Facility located in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The role demands a strong understanding of healthcare accounting practices, patient billing, and financial compliance in the medical industry. Candidates must be ready to join immediately and adapt quickly to a dynamic healthcare environment.

Core Responsibilities: As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all accounting and financial transactions, including accounts receivable, payable, and payroll. You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements, ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations, and assist in budget preparation and forecasting for the medical and homecare units.

Financial Reporting and Analysis: You will analyze financial data, monitor cost efficiency, and prepare accurate reports for management. The role involves reconciling accounts, maintaining detailed financial records, and providing insights that contribute to decision-making and operational improvements within the healthcare setting.

Regulatory and Audit Compliance: Maintaining transparency and compliance is a top priority. You will ensure that all financial practices adhere to healthcare financial regulations and internal audit standards. Assisting auditors during reviews and maintaining up-to-date documentation will form a key part of your responsibilities.

Collaboration and Support: You will work closely with the administration and operations teams of both the Medical Center and Homecare Facility. Collaboration will be essential in aligning financial operations with patient care objectives and maintaining consistent financial health across both facilities.
