Position Overview: The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and VAT regulations. This role requires an organized and analytical professional capable of managing accounts independently.

Accounting Responsibilities: The candidate will handle bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing activities. They will ensure that all financial entries are accurate, timely, and supported by relevant documentation.

VAT and Compliance: The Accountant will prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE tax laws, maintain proper VAT records, and assist in audits or inspections when required. A solid understanding of VAT calculations and filing procedures is essential.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 is mandatory, as the role involves daily transaction entries, ledger management, and report generation. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software tools will be an added advantage.

Reporting and Analysis: The Accountant will prepare financial statements, expense summaries, and analytical reports to support management in decision-making. They will also identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures where necessary.

Team Coordination: The selected candidate will collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and ensure transparent communication regarding budgets, payments, and financial performance.
