Position Overview: The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting functions, managing receivables, and maintaining the financial integrity of the real estate and property management operations. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes and compliance with UAE regulations.

Core Responsibilities: Handle all general accounting duties, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries, while preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports that accurately reflect the company’s financial position.

Accounts Receivable Management: Take ownership of accounts receivable functions by tracking client payments, performing regular reconciliations, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices to maintain healthy cash flow.

Process Oversight: Ensure all accounting entries, reconciliations, and controls are accurately executed, supporting continuous improvement in financial systems and workflow efficiency.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the property management and sales departments to ensure alignment between operational transactions and financial reporting, ensuring that property revenues, commissions, and expenses are properly recorded.

Regulatory Compliance: Support external and internal audits, prepare VAT filings, and maintain accurate financial documentation in accordance with UAE accounting and real estate laws.
