Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company.

Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Utilize accounting software such as ERP Software, FreshBooks, Oracle, and QuickBooks for financial management.

Manage general ledger functions and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.

Use advanced MS Excel skills, including Lookup and pivot tables, to analyze financial data.

Apply good knowledge of accounting principles and practices in daily tasks.

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as an accountant in a reputable company.

Hands-on experience with accounting software, including ERP Software, FreshBooks, Oracle, and QuickBooks.

Proficiency in general ledger functions.

Advanced skills in MS Excel, including Lookup and pivot tables.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills.

Candidate must be currently residing in the UAE and have UAE experience.
