Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.

Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.

Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.

Monitor cash flow and manage financial transactions to ensure liquidity.

Provide support in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

CPA Certification is required.

Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the logistics or tobacco industry.

Proven experience in both accounting and logistics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
