Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with a strong background in the construction and landscaping industries in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be able to manage a wide range of accounting tasks while ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Key Duties: You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met. Your work will support business decisions and strategy by providing accurate, up-to-date financial information.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate general ledger accounts, perform reconciliations, and prepare audit reports. You will also oversee VAT filings, monthly closings, and financial documentation in compliance with UAE regulations.

Financial Analysis: Provide insights by analyzing financial data and cost performance. Participate in budget preparation and assist in financial forecasting for construction projects.

Software Proficiency: Use accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) to monitor transactions and generate financial reports.

Compliance: Ensure all accounting records comply with UAE tax and labor regulations. Address audit queries and support internal control reviews.
