Responsibilities:
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for problem-solving and decision-making.
Perform daily accounting tasks such as accurately recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and conducting month-end close procedures.
Prepare financial statements and provide support for audits.
Complete tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Requirements:
Must be available in the UAE.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Experience in an accounting or finance role.
Knowledge of international and local tax regulations and accounting standards.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
CPA/CMA/ACCA certification or in progress preferred.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
