Financial Management

You will maintain complete accounting records for multiple locations, ensuring accurate tracking of revenue streams from hair, facial, and body services. Your meticulous approach will safeguard financial integrity across all transactions.

Multilingual Financial Operations

Leveraging your fluency in Ukrainian/Russian, you’ll bridge communication between international stakeholders. Your language skills will facilitate clear financial reporting for management and external partners.

Beauty Industry Specialization

The role requires understanding unique aspects of salon accounting – inventory management of beauty products, service revenue recognition, and staff commission structures. Your insights will optimize our financial processes.

Reporting & Compliance

You’ll prepare monthly financial statements, VAT filings, and regulatory reports. Your work will ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations while providing actionable business insights.

Payroll & Commission Administration

Managing complex compensation structures for stylists and therapists will be a key responsibility. Your precision will ensure accurate payroll processing including service commissions and bonuses.

Candidate Profile

We require:

• Professional accounting qualification
• 2+ years UAE accounting experience
• Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian + English
• Beauty/salon industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software
