Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team in DIP 2, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automobile industry and possess a valid driving license. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and proficiency in English to manage our financial transactions and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and statements in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.

Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.

Collaborate with auditors to facilitate annual audits and implement audit recommendations.

Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and manage VAT returns.

Monitor and manage company expenses to adhere to budgetary constraints.

Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making purposes.

Maintain accurate and organized financial records for easy retrieval and reference.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in the automobile industry.

Valid driving license is mandatory.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
