About the Role:

F&C Properties LLC is expanding its Back Office Team and is seeking an experienced Real Estate Accountant to join our dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities:

As the Real Estate Accountant, you will play a vital role in managing the financial operations of our real estate portfolio. Your primary duties will include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. You will also handle tax filings, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities. Additionally, you will maintain accurate financial records and provide insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in accounting within the real estate sector is required. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is essential. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and best practices is a must.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data accurately. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering clear and concise reports.
