About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 4 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom)

Minimum 4 years of professional accounting experience

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time management capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses with accuracy and timeliness

Reconcile bank statements, financial transactions, and accounts

Maintain proper accounting records in compliance with company policies and UAE regulations

Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations

Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes as needed

Perform additional accounting duties as assigned
