Accountant

Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen and experience in managing full-cycle accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports and conduct month-end closing procedures

Perform financial analysis and create detailed reports for management decision-making

Process payroll and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law requirements

Coordinate with external auditors and assist in audit preparation and execution

Generate customized financial reports to meet various business requirements

Ensure tax compliance and timely submission of required documentation

Participate in budgeting processes and financial forecasting

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce

IFRS Certification

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Tally

Strong understanding of UAE accounting regulations and practices

Technical Skills

Advanced Excel proficiency

Experience with accounting software

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent attention to detail

Good communication skills in English
