About Role

M7F is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Cash Flow

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Coordinate with logistics department to maintain accurate financial records of shipping and inventory

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements

Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

Implement and maintain internal controls

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA Certification

Proven work experience in Accounting, with specific experience in logistics industry preferred

Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Desired Skills

Knowledge of UAE tax regulations and compliance requirements

Experience with ERP systems

Multilingual abilities (Arabic is a plus)

Experience in logistics or supply chain finance
