About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant with strong expertise in accounts payable to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for accounting professionals with UAE experience, particularly those from the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full cycle accounts payable processes including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor communications

Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate payable ledgers

Review and verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents

Process expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies

Maintain organized documentation for audit purposes

Assist in monthly closing procedures

Prepare various financial reports and analysis as required

Coordinate with other departments to resolve payment queries

Monitor and maintain vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of accounting experience specifically in UAE

Strong expertise in accounts payable management

Educational qualification: CA Inter/M.Com/B.Com

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in the manufacturing industry

Knowledge of UAE accounting standards and regulations

Experience with ERP systems
