Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UAE VAT compliance and AML reporting, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records while handling both office and field-based responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and detailed financial records

Prepare and submit regular financial reports

Handle VAT compliance and submissions

Manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reporting requirements

Process accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts

Monitor and record financial transactions

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Handle outdoor tasks and field visits when required

Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation

Implement and maintain internal financial controls

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience

Demonstrated experience with UAE VAT regulations and compliance

Proven experience in AML reporting and compliance

Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and Tally

Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and reporting requirements

Required Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Good communication skills in English

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Comfortable with both office and field-based tasks

Strong organizational skills
