Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations and support our growing real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records

Develop and manage comprehensive accounting systems

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting

Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Tax and Compliance

Prepare and file tax returns

Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial reporting standards

Support annual audit processes

Develop and implement financial controls

Financial Reporting

Generate detailed financial reports for management

Create and maintain financial dashboards

Track key financial performance indicators

Provide insights for strategic decision-making

Assist in budget preparation and forecasting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Professional accounting certification (CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred

Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in accounting software

Advanced MS Excel skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Technical Skills

Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)

Advanced Excel functions and financial modeling

Knowledge of UAE financial regulations

Experience with real estate financial management
