Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with specific expertise in the luxury transport or limousine services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet accounting and financial management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Manage online accounts related to fleet accounting, including tracking expenses, revenue, and other financial transactions.

Utilize computer programs and accounting software for data analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly fleet sales reports for individual drivers, providing insights into performance and revenue trends.

Prepare income statements and balance sheets accurately and in a timely manner, highlighting key financial metrics and variances.

Track investments related to fleet operations, monitoring ROI and assessing financial performance.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fleet or transportation setting within the luxury transport industry.

Proficiency in computer software, including MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

Ability to handle online accounts efficiently, with a strong understanding of online financial platforms and tools.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
