ElevenLabs is looking for a highly energetic and self-starting Account Manager to join its early Account Management team, focusing on building and growing a community of deeply engaged clients across the ANZ region. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is passionate about voice technology, committed to long-term customer value, and ready to help define the account management playbook from the ground up.

In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with a book of commercial and enterprise clients across ANZ, driving long-term adoption of ElevenLabs' products and monitoring customer usage to identify areas for improvement and revenue expansion. You will own expansion and renewal of accounts within your book of business, measure and improve customer satisfaction and experience, and own your account management KPIs including NRR and GRR tracked against company goals. Partnering with the team to develop a scalable account management framework for the ANZ region will be a significant part of your early contribution.

The ideal candidate brings three to seven years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within a fast-paced SaaS organisation, with commercial experience owning renewals and expansion for a book of business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, and a hybrid customer and product-driven mentality are all essential. A builder mindset and a genuine passion for voice AI and the emerging voice technology space will set you apart.
