In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of their business goals. You will drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring clients are realising the full value of Everlywell's solutions, and proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across product, clinical, and customer success functions to deliver an exceptional service experience, and support clients in achieving their strategic objectives through the use of Everlywell's diagnostics, virtual care, and biomarker intelligence platforms.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role, ideally within healthcare technology, digital health, or a similarly complex solution environment. You should be comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously, communicating with senior stakeholders, and navigating the nuances of enterprise client relationships with professionalism and care. A genuine interest in healthcare and the impact of data-driven, personalised health solutions will be a strong asset in this role.
