Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with customers through outbound calls to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Yo Telecom's IT services.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Showcase innovative IT solutions and generate interest in new services to drive business growth.

Develop and nurture a robust sales pipeline, scheduling appointments for the field sales team to further explore opportunities.

Ensure customer satisfaction by assessing current setups, liaising with operations teams to optimize service utilization, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Meet or exceed sales targets and participate in incentive programs to drive performance.

Collaborate effectively within a wider team environment, actively participating in Yo Telecom's culture and fostering camaraderie.

Salary:

AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements:

Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in account management, with at least 1 year in B2B outbound sales.

Knowledge of IT software and hardware, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends.

Experience working with UK businesses is advantageous.

High-energy, competitive, and positive attitude, with a customer-focused and ambitious mindset.

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in the office and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
