Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to customers to ensure they are satisfied with their telephone and broadband setup and encourage long-term satisfaction.

Building trusting relationships with your assigned customer accounts, focusing on improving retention and loyalty.

Answering inbound calls from customers and raising cases on our Salesforce CRM system.

Providing technical advice to Yo Telecom customers.

Understanding and working to company SLA’s.

Developing knowledge about multiple technologies to better serve and retain customers.

Seeing problems as challenges and finding effective solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Working as part of a wider team and taking part in Yo life.

Requirements:

Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

A minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service and administration.

Experience managing multiple customer accounts.

Knowledge of the telecoms industry or previous experience in technical support is beneficial.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Proactive and responsive work ethic.

A passion for people and business.

Creative thinking combined with problem-solving skills.

Salary:

AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
