Revolut is looking for a driven and commercially sharp Account Executive to join its Revolut Business team on a fully remote basis and provide an excellent experience for new business customers. As the world's leading financial super app with over 52.5 million customers worldwide and more than £1 trillion in transaction volume processed in 2024, Revolut is building something that has never existed before, and Revolut Business is at the forefront of that mission for organisations. In this role, you will conduct outreach across multiple touchpoints and channels with a strong emphasis on cold calling, developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals, diversifying your prospect base, and maintaining consistent activity levels. You will build and manage your own pipeline from prospecting to account management, maximising adoption and upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve quarterly targets. You will liaise between customer relationships and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience from onboarding through to daily usage, balance your time autonomously across prospecting, closing, and upselling, and use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate Revolut Business's value proposition with clarity. Becoming a genuine product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and the solutions it offers will be central to how you succeed in this role.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and brings one or more years of demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting. You communicate with excellence over the phone, write with precision across email and LinkedIn outreach, and bring proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. A curiosity-driven, data-oriented mindset and the time management skills to balance customer engagement, deal closing, and CRM administration are all essential. A degree in finance or a business-related subject, startup experience, cross-functional project management skills, and comfort in complex selling environments with decision-makers at multiple levels are all meaningful advantages.
