Job Description

Account Executive – Claims Role Overview: M.H. Enterprises is looking for a skilled and analytical Account Executive – Claims to join our finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle claim validation, documentation, reconciliation, and settlements to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You’ll act as a bridge between internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring claims are processed smoothly and in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities: The Account Executive will manage claim intake, verify supporting documents, coordinate with suppliers, sales, and finance teams for approvals, and ensure timely claim reconciliation and settlement. You will also prepare reports on claim status, highlight discrepancies, and assist in process improvement initiatives to reduce claim turnaround time and enhance accuracy.

Work Environment and Collaboration: You will work closely with finance, supply chain, and commercial teams, maintaining transparent communication and ensuring efficient claim processing. This position requires a proactive approach, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Technical Expertise and Process Ownership: The candidate must demonstrate expertise in handling claim-related data using Excel and ERP systems. You’ll also support automation initiatives, track pending claims, and contribute to audits and reconciliations, ensuring proper documentation and reporting for management reviews.

Performance Expectations and Contribution: As part of M.H. Enterprises’ finance operations, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining financial integrity and strengthening supplier relationships. Your attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and commitment to continuous process improvement will directly contribute to organizational efficiency and profitability.
