Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage sub-contractors on site to ensure compliance with current codes, standards, and specifications.

Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.

Handle purchasing and cost coding.

Assist in the preparation and implementation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).

Attend weekly progress meetings (internal and with clients) and assist in the preparation of minutes of meetings.

Monitor work in progress and prepare weekly status reports for each assignment.

Ensure all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.

Coordinate materials and assist in logistics, shipment, and receipt at the construction site.

Coordinate with all project-related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-to-day progress of work activities, procurement, and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.

Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects.

Collaborate with Senior Engineers to create more efficient methods and maintain profitability.

Develop specifications for all equipment required for each project.

Create the framework used to develop and monitor project metrics and manage the collection of project data.

Formulate realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures.

Establish methods by which all field tests are administered and develop various ways to monitor the quality of those tests.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must hold a B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering.
