Location: World Security Head Office, Mina Rashid, Cruise Terminal 3, Dubai.

We are seeking a skilled and versatile MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Multi Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial and residential properties. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems according to schedule.

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units.

Conduct electrical repairs and troubleshooting, including lighting systems, electrical panels, outlets, and wiring.

Inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, faucets, and water heaters.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to occupants.

Perform routine inspections of MEP systems to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.

Install new MEP systems and components as needed, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks effectively.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory.

Keep abreast of industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in MEP systems maintenance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.

Proven experience as an MEP technician or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in commercial or residential maintenance.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including their components, functions, and maintenance requirements.

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues using specialized tools and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and contractors.

Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces or at heights.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
