Location: World Security Head Office, Mina Rashid, Cruise Terminal 3, Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and company standards.

Inspect and perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently.

Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.

Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

Test HVAC systems to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.

Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently.

Comply with all safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification or license as an HVAC Technician.

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
