Job Description:

Excel Sunny Marketing Management L.L.C is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Telesales Executive focusing on Forex and Stock Brokerage. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our forex and stock brokerage services to potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our forex and stock brokerage services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their investment needs and objectives.

Provide information and guidance on various financial products and investment opportunities offered by Excel Sunny Marketing Management L.L.C.

Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for acquiring new clients and generating revenue.

Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes relevant to forex and stock trading.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales processes and achieve organizational goals.

Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Adhere to compliance standards and regulations governing the forex and stock brokerage industry.

Requirements:

1-2 years of telesales experience in the forex and/or stock marketing fields.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Knowledge of forex and stock trading principles, market analysis, and trading platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

UAE market knowledge and experience is advantageous.
