Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at Global Empowerment Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products/services. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, fostering long-term partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and promote our solutions effectively.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to optimize sales strategies and meet customer requirements.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.

Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements, contracts, and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM software.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.

Represent Global Empowerment Dubai at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand our presence and network.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in [mention relevant industry/sector].

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Knowledge of the Dubai market and business landscape is advantageous.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
