Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Fit-out MEP Supervisor to join our team at iFM Facilities Management LLC. The Fit-out MEP Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of fit-out MEP works.

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of MEP activities within budgetary constraints.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to mitigate risks and ensure project milestones are met.

Technical Supervision:

Supervise MEP installation activities, including HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and fire protection systems, to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, identify deviations, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Provide technical guidance and support to subcontractors and onsite teams, resolving technical queries and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Implement quality control measures to uphold standards of workmanship and material quality throughout the fit-out process.

Ensure adherence to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in all MEP installations and modifications.

Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems to verify functionality, efficiency, and safety standards.

Communication and Reporting:

Maintain clear and effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and management, to provide updates on project status, challenges, and resolutions.

Prepare regular progress reports, documentation, and as-built drawings to track project developments and ensure comprehensive project records are maintained.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in fit-out or construction projects.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and industry standards.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office suite.

Relevant certifications or licenses may be advantageous (e.g., PMP, LEED, PE).
