Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fit-out Civil Supervisor to join our team. The Fit-out Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil works related to fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate civil fit-out activities, including but not limited to structural modifications, concrete works, masonry, and finishing.

Plan and schedule daily activities, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project timelines.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of civil works.

Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, resolving any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the fit-out process.

Monitor and enforce safety procedures and practices at the work site, promoting a culture of safety among the team.

Prepare progress reports, documentation, and relevant records to track project milestones and performance.

Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless integration of civil works with overall project objectives.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization, contributing to the efficiency and profitability of projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in civil supervision, particularly in fit-out projects within the construction or facilities management industry.

Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and techniques.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.

Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
