Timing: 10:00 AM – 03:00 PM (09:00 AM – 10:00 AM interview registration time)

Location: Khidmah Home Office, Al Rayyana,

Khalifa City A, Narjees 2, Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of MEP engineers and technicians.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Delegate tasks and ensure proper allocation of resources to meet project deadlines.

Project Management:

Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems for construction projects.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall project requirements.

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

Conduct regular site visits to inspect MEP installations and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical expertise and guidance in the design and optimization of MEP systems.

Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, and calculations.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in MEP engineering.

Resolve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.

Quality Assurance:

Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards for MEP designs and installations.

Conduct thorough reviews and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory codes.

Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any quality issues or deficiencies.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide regular project updates.

Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to business development efforts.
