We are a leading developer in Dubai, known for our iconic high-rise towers and luxury hotel projects. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a talented Structural Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural design, particularly in high-rise buildings, and a strong background in reinforced concrete (RC) design. Structural Design: Lead the structural design process for high-rise towers and luxury hotel projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project specifications.

RC Design: Utilize your expertise in reinforced concrete (RC) design to develop innovative and efficient structural solutions for mid and high-rise buildings.

Steel Design: Apply your knowledge of steel design principles to analyze and design structural steel elements as required for project requirements.

Post-Tension Slab Design: Demonstrate proficiency in post-tension slab design, including layout, detailing, and analysis, to optimize structural performance and efficiency.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and construction phases.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural requirements into overall project design and ensure interdisciplinary coordination.

Documentation: Prepare detailed design reports, technical specifications, and construction drawings using relevant software tools and industry best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a reputable institution.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in structural design, preferably with a reputed developer or project management consultant (PMC) in the UAE.

Proven track record of working on high-rise towers or luxury hotel projects in the UAE.

Expertise in RC design for mid and high-rise buildings, with strong knowledge of steel design and post-tension slab design.

G + Unlimited license preferred but not mandatory.

Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Based in the UAE and available to join within a month.
