Max Chocolate & Dates Co. LLC, a leading chocolate and confectionery company, is looking for a dedicated Store / Production Process Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding product handling, storage, and quality control.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure raw materials and supplies needed for production.

Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards are met.

Train and supervise store and production staff to optimize performance and productivity.

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, production outputs, and other relevant data.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Previous experience in store management, production planning, or a similar role in the food manufacturing industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems is preferred.

UAE residency and work experience are advantageous.
