We are currently seeking both skilled and non-skilled workers to join our team at Zurich Industries in Ajman. As a vital part of our manufacturing operations, you will contribute to the production of rubber products with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Assist in the manufacturing process, including but not limited to mixing, molding, and finishing of rubber products.

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet established standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.

Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to production schedules to meet deadlines.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

For Skilled Workers: Previous experience in a similar role within the rubber industry is preferred. Proficiency in operating relevant machinery and equipment is essential.

For Non-skilled Workers: No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and contribute effectively to the team is necessary.

Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
